* Mom’s name

* A picture of your mom

* Your name, email & phone number

* Short message in 100 words or less why you’re mom is most deserving.

How can my MOM win?
All of the entries (stories/pictures) will be posted in an album on Tiffany Sims Photography facebook page on Saturday, May 4^th 2013.  You have one week to round up facebook likes/votes.  The story/photo with the most likes by midnight Saturday, May 11^th 2013 wins!  The winner will be announced on Mother’s Day, May 12^th, 2013!  Only the likes in the “Most Deserving Mom Contest” album on Tiffany Sims Photography facebook page will be counted.

The winner/MOM will receive a photo session of your choice, a 16×20 gallery wrapped canvas and a dinner for two ($550 value)!

Details:
To nominate a mother you must be a fan of Tiffany Sims Photography facebook page or have “liked” the page.  Sessions can not be exchanged for money.  Contest is open to nominees who are considered a “mother figure” (example being mother, caregiver, guardian, sister, grandmother, wife/significant other).
